New Hampshire DAR offeres two scholarships and one student award avilable to New Hampshire high school seniors based upon community service, character, and scholarship. Contact us via email for application instructions and information. The deadline is February 1.


NSDAR awards a variety of scholarships. All applicants must be citizens of the United States and must attend, or plan to attend, an accredited college or university in the United States.

NSDAR sponsors scholarships in the following areas.
   Richard and Elizabeth Dean Scholarship
   Political Science, History, Government and Economics Scholarships
   Medical and Nursing
   Specific Scholarships
   American Indian Scholarships
   DAR Good Citizens

The DAR Scholarship Committee awards scholarships to qualified applicants regardless of race, religion, sex, or national origin. All multi-year scholarships, typically renewable up to four years, must be for consecutive years of attendance at an accredited college or university in the United States. The only exception is the American Indian Scholarship that is available for students pursuing vocational training.
